APPOINTMENT
- Do you accept walk-ins? We operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure personalized attention for each client. If you would like to purchase the product, we welcome walk-ins or please let us know ahead of time by sending DM via instagram @colorbrity_official, or email to colorbrity@gmail.com.
- How can I book an appointment? Please book your appointment through our website. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to contact us by DM on our Instagram @colorbrity_official, or email to colorbrity@gmail.com.
- Do multiple clients need to sign up separately for group consultations? Only one person needs to register for the group appointment.
- Do you accept male clients? We welcome clients of all genders.
- What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? Please inform us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
- What color should I wear on my personal color analysis day? You can wear any color because we will cover your upper body with a white drape.
- Are there any requirements for a more accurate result? Please avoid wearing colored contact lenses or makeup on the day of your analysis. If you do, we won't be able to assess your natural eye color and skin tone accurately, which will significantly affect the results.
DEPOSIT POLICY
What is your deposit and Rescheduling Policy?
A $100 deposit is required and applied to your service. One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice. From the second rescheduling, a $50 non-refundable fee applies. As a single-person studio, last-minute changes cause financial loss and affect other clients. Please book only if you can attend on your scheduled day. Thank you for understanding.

CONSULTATION
- Will you offer virtual consultations in the future? For accurate color analysis, in-person consultations are essential. Therefore, we currently do not offer virtual appointments.
- Can I invite a friend to my appointment? Yes, inviting friends is allowed.
- Can I film or record my session? Feel free to document your experience. We'll go over the filming guidelines at the start of your session. Please tag us @colorbrity when sharing your content.
- What COVID-19 precautions are in place during the sessions? We prioritize your health and safety. During flu and COVID-19 seasons, our team will wear masks throughout the session. If you have specific health concerns, please let us know. If you experience symptoms before your appointment, we can reschedule.

- Do you have parking spaces? Yes, we offer free parking spaces for our clients.
