APPOINTMENT

  1. Do you accept walk-ins? We operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure personalized attention for each client. If you would like to purchase the product, we welcome walk-ins or please let us know ahead of time by sending a DM via Instagram @colorbrity_official, or email to colorbrity@gmail.com. 
  2. How can I book an appointment? Please book your appointment through our website. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to contact us by DM on our Instagram @colorbrity_official, or email to colorbrity@gmail.com. 
  3. Do multiple clients need to sign up separately for group consultations? Only one person needs to register for the group appointment.
  4. Do you accept male clients? We welcome clients of all genders.
  5. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? Please inform us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
  6. What color should I wear on my personal color analysis day? You can wear any color because we will cover your upper body with a white drape.
  7. Are there any requirements for a more accurate result? Please avoid wearing colored contact lenses or makeup on the day of your analysis. If you do, we won't be able to accurately assess your natural eye color and skin tone, which will significantly impact the results.

    DEPOSIT POLICY

    What is your deposit and Rescheduling Policy?

    • A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total balance on the day of service.
    • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
    • For cancellations or reschedule requests made within 7 days of the appointment, $50 will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
    • Rescheduling is allowed up to two times per booking. Additional changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or refusal of future bookings.
    • Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled based on availability.
    • No-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
    • By booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.

    CONSULTATION

    1. Will you offer virtual consultations in the future? For accurate color analysis, in-person consultations are essential. Therefore, we currently do not offer virtual appointments.
    2. Can I invite a friend to my appointment? Yes, inviting friends is allowed. 
    3. Can I film or record my session? Feel free to document your experience. We'll go over the filming guidelines at the start of your session. Please tag us @colorbrity_official when sharing your content on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
    4.  Difference between Advanced and Luxe
      Advanced includes a more hands-on experience where you try applying a few makeup items yourself based on our guidance.
      Luxe is more comprehensive. We provide skincare product recommendations and apply them for you, followed by a full makeup application tailored to your personal color. At the end, you’ll receive a one-page summary of your customized makeup guide. We also give personalized tips, such as the best blush placement for your face shape, so it feels more like a detailed, one-on-one class.
    5.  Difference between Luxe and Once in a Lifetime
      Once in a Lifetime includes body type analysis and hairstyle recommendations.
      In addition, we analyze patterns, necklines, and even recommend brands that would work well for your body type and personal concerns. Luxe does not include all of the avobe information. 

    PARKING

    1. Do you have parking spaces? Yes, we offer 2 hours of free parking for our clients.
